This year's Davis Meet Weekend is on track to be a record-breaking one, and as the Event grows, so does the need for volunteers!
Yes, it's your chance to give back to the Volvo community, and it's fun, educational, and good for you. Experience not needed, we provide training.

Davis Meet Weekend Saturday and Sunday Volunteer Positions:

(Participation limited to Volvo-bodied & Volvo-powered cars)
Event 2: Scenic Drive for Fast Group

Event 4: 7th Annual Pre-Davis BBQ Party
Sunday:
First Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Second Shift: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Third Shift: 12:30 a.m. to end of show (approx. 2:30 p.m.)

Walkie-talkies and ham radios will be used to communicate during the drive, as needed.

Front Gate Check-In (verify pre-registrations and collect entry fees)
First Shift: 6:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Second Shift: 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Registration (verify vehicles are in the correct judging class and handout registration materials)
First Shift: 6:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Second Shift: 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Third Shift: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Parking Directors (direct drivers to correct parking area and arrange vehicle parking)
First Shift: 6:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Second Shift: 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Set-Up / Tear Down Assistants (help unload and load supplies, set-up tables, hang banners, etc.)
Set-Up: 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Tear Down: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
